How Relevé Artworks started

Relevé artworks is a small art business run by Bristol based artist Sarah Allsop.

My story

​

Hi, I'm Sarah and my small art business, Relevé Artworks, started as a passion

project, using drawing as a form of mindfulness. ​I finds joy and peacefulness in

crafting beautiful visual experiences which I can share with others. I use a blend of

traditional techniques and technology, to give my digitally designed art a natural feel. 

​

The name 'Relevé Artworks' came about when my ballet-loving daughter got her first pointe shoes. Relevé is when a dancer rises up onto their toes, but the word's origins in French also means uplifted. This felt like the perfect name as my designs aim to bring joy and beauty in their essence, whether of dance, nature or even magic.

Currently I only sell my works at local craft fayres in the Southwest of England, UK, or by requesting a commissioned piece, but in the future I hope to expand to online sales here too.
